Warranty If any MODULE offers a power output less than 90% of the minimum "Peak Power at SHINE DATASHEET" as specified at the date of invoice in our Product Information Sheet, within a period of 10 years from the date shown on the invoice to the CUSTOMER, and such loss in power is verified to be due to defects in material or workmanship, SHINE will compensate for such loss in power by either providing additional MODULES to the CUSTOMER to make up for such loss in power or replacing the defective MODULES, at the option of SHINE.
